2016 Mustang GT 350R

Friend of mine is picking up his 350R in a few weeks!!!
The only one in Ottawa!
It's the blue one!
Be nice to see it!
Did not think I would see one in Canada!!!
He might keep it as a collector or sell to highest bidder!

Love to get me a GT350R, those things are sex on wheels. I hope he drives it and doesn't park it as a collector car, that would be a waste. And if he flips it to the highest bidder without driving it, well, that would be a waste too. Get some pics of that rascal.

There is a current delay on all gt350's.
Not even any of the 15's have been delivered yet.

I have a 2016 R ordered, the build date has been moved back to Oct. 5th now.
From Sept. 14th. Looks like some part shortages, but no one seems to know for sure.

Heres a stupid question, can you walk into any Ford dealership and order up a GT350 or GT350R, or is it like the GT500, and has to come from an SVT dealer?? Not that I can afford one, but I'm curious to see if the pricing is all stupid with the dealers raping guys with the markup pricing like they did when the GT500 came out in 2006 or so. That was retarded, and slightly criminal, i would let 'em choke on it before I'd pay pure profit into their pockets, just because demand was high. Next question would be can you even get one?

Form what I've been reading on the interwebs they are asking 10000 over sticker at most dealers. The first year is a limited run of production. For the first year cars at least, the dealers only get a limited allocation. I'm assuming that the 17's will go for sticker price and not be limited as to how many each dealer gets.

edit: I wonder when we will be able to build and price them on the Canadian ford website. The Americans already can, they are always ahead of us on their web site.
