thanks thats actually alot of good info u just provided especially for the engine dressup. i just basically want it to look sick. im prob gonna paint it flake blue with a white rally stripe

Welcome to the forum 77stang.

It has been years since I last saw a Mustang II in Ottawa. The last one I saw was a notchback in a similar colour to yours with a small engine if I had to guess.

I can't help with the mechanical side, but blue is ALWAYS a great choice... I might be biased though!

Also, you could check out the Ottawa Mustang Club. They meet once a month during the winter and weekly starting in May. Not sure how much they know about Mustang II, but there are several members with Fox bodies. Feel free to stop by at a meeting sometime and no commitment required.

sick do u know where they meet? 77 was def an ugly year compared to other mustang years, but i only paid 1400$ for the car as is and the frame is good just has some surface rust. if anyone knows any good places in ottawa that specializes in older mustangs it would be appreciated. Also if there are any suggestions to make the engine look better whether it be certain wires, or painting certain areas let me know what ya think
