Bullitt Wheel Education

Maybe someone could give me a little direction on Bullitt Wheels. My 02 GT has a set of Bullitt's on it. As you can see by the picture the rim has some curb rash from the previous owner (that's my story and I'm sticking to it). So I would like to replace it. From what I understand factory Bullitt wheels where 17x8. When I measure these wheels from outside edge to outside edge they measure 9.5". When I measure from inside the lip to inside the lip (where the tire bead would seat) it measures 9 inches. The tire on the rim is a 245 and it doesn't bulge at all. Is there a factory 9" rim or do you think they may be aftermarket wheels. Perhaps I'm not measuring correctly (tire is still on the rim). If anyone has thoughts on this I would love to hear it. I'm not a Mustang expert yet but I'm working on it..
Thanks

That is the stock rim. Also when looking to replacing it, make sure you look for 01 to 02 specifically as the grey is lighter in colour compared to the 03, and 04 bullitt rims... which are noticeably darker.
