70mm TB is the way to go N/A.
Even with the port and LT I dont see you breaking the 300rwhp mark.
Stock 19# injectors are fine for that level, any more and you will have to upgrade. Stock MAF is the best choice for you, stick with it. I am sending you a PM regarding cams.

How about ss valves for more clearence room , cause i had ptv contact on all 8 pistons putting the comp262 cam in my car and i dont want to knotch the pistons cause it costs way too much , so will these valves give me enough clearence?
