Magnaflow or SLP X Pipe
I have the SLP LM2 Catback System
Now its time for the X Pipe I dont know weather to go with the SLP X Pipe or the Magnaflow X Pipe (both with 2 high flow cats) Magnaflow price...531.95 SLP price...583.59 I was told by many that those are the best 2 on the go and have the best performance gains as well as the best construction and the best high flow cats Does anyone have either of these X's? Or Would anyone recommend any other X for me? Let me know what ya's think! I am sort of leaning towards the SLP |
i recommend anything but mac the xpipe i bought didnt line up and fit like .

I'll tell you now,the SLP full system is loud.gfong on here has the complete system, and i tell ya..........It's sound good though.

I want loud, but not loud as in Raspy with the LM1 The LM2 should sound awesome with either of those X Pipes hopefully... Just want everyones opinions on which would be the best and experience with either of them and what yas think first Cant make up my mind LOL I cant find any videos with the full SLP system or the SLP Catback with the Magnaflow X...If anyone has any links please include them |
I am going with the Magnaflow X
$570 Taxes and shipping included Also includes 02 extensions! |
I have a 4Valve and they sound good. I started like you and bought the cat back system, than the X pipe and now I am having the SLP longtubes installed.
I stayed with the whole SLP system and did not mix and match. The SLP products are very well made and look great as well. There are no fitment issues what so ever and everything looks like it is still new. They do hang a little low, just got to watch the speed bumps! Good luck with your system that you have choosen. I have the LM1's. |

I am going with the Magnaflow X as its $100 cheaper...And included the 02 extensions I would get the entire SLP system but the headers are $899USD and that is way out of my league...So I am going with Magnaflow X...BBK Headers...I asked several sellers and they said there would be no problems The BBK Headers (ceramic) are $400USD |

Actually I may go Stainless Steel JBA Headers Found them for the exact same price as the Ceramic BBK And the reviews I have read, JBA seems to be pretty good |
