Rough Idle this afternoon.

Last night it got really cold outside, -27 ish, and after work it had warmed up to -11 ish so I drove the stang to the gym. When I started it at first it idled really rough. Actually took a few tries before it stayed running then when it did stay running it idled really rough for a while. This has never happened before even when its been really cold. Also the engine light flashed on and off a few times. Once it was warmed up it was all good.
Any body had this problem before? Any Ideas.
And don't tell me to get a winter beater!

If the engine light flashed it should have stored a code. I'd get it scanned by a dealer or shop if it does it again. If not I wouldn't be too worried. It could be something as minor as bad fuel or an issue with an ignition coil.

I got it booked for a visit with the dealer on monday since I have the day off, and it's still under warrenty. Are coils under warrenty? Thought I should make sure since I'll be driving to vegas pretty soon.

I think coils would be covered under power train coverage. Depending on your mileage it may not hurt to change spark plugs too.
