hey all talk to my bud today lidio at alternative auto and MM&FF WAS THERE TO TAKE PHOTO SHOOT OF THE INSTALL OF A VORTECH ON HIS 05 gt (AUTO), also dyno numbers before and after the install ,his 05 gt on 20" radials ran a best 12.92 on the motor just think how fast it will go with a blower.

knight rider - Probobly didnt cost him much since he bought it for dirt cheap from vortech and installed and tuned it himself.

Ive heard many good things about this place. Ive been there once with Meister. I remember seeing that Marauder at his shop, it was crazy

I wish but with comp and retraining coming up I had best wait before doing any mods :banghead:

It was free from vortech they sponsered him for several years now ,he's been selling vortech's since 1990 when vortech frist became a company.

ya your right the marauder makes 448 rwhp through and auto not bad ah.

had the chance to drive lidio's 05 gt with a vortech on it yesterday,this car ran 12.39@111 mph at his local track on 20 street radials and the car is an auto like his mach1,the car see's about 8.5 psi,no one has a tune figured out for the stangs in auto yet ,vortech claims they have a tune for the 5-speeds,i saw frist had how poor this tune is the tune is way to fat in the bottom from 1000-3000 rpm and the a/f was at 12.5from 3500 to 6000 the customer even was very disappionted the the tune that vortech supplied so lidio went ahead a did his own the car was way clearer down low and a/f was set to 11.5 alot safer the customer went away alot happier and is calling vortech to let them know how poor there tune is and how very much he is pleased with the tune from lidio at alternative auto,the final numbers on the car were 411 rwhp and 385rwtqthe car had flowmasters and a blower thats it,It always amazes me how big companeies can do this to customers I telling you all so if you wish to purchase a vortech for your 05 GT that to stay away from vortech tune!
