'06 Order Banks?

Anyone know when the canadian order banks open for 06 mustang orders?

My dealer has been trying everyday since my 05 order got bumped, but NADA. i'm getting really irritated reading about all the US guys ordering and "jumping the line"...i need to get in there asap.
