I went with the latest available version of Ford headgaskets & ARP studs as well.

I'll be using cometic gaskets on my build, along with ARP hardware throughout :tup

The Ford stock gaskets are actually produced by FelPro. The '03-'04 Cobra's get the MLS via Cometic. Either will work fine for you. I've seen the FelPro/Stock Ford gaskets support 800Hp without a flinch. :tup
