Was that driven year round? Mine is over 15 years old, never winter driven and not a spot of rust (knock on wood)

Time for a tubular k-member :)

The is driven year around. I have owned the car for about 3 and a half years.
After I bought the car I took it to Krown Rust Control to slow down the rust.
As for the tubular K-member, I WISH!!!!!!!!!!!

I find it's either feast of famine with rust on these cars. Either you have a very small amount, or it has major rust problems. :o

I work at a Ford dealer, and you would be surprised at thow fast these new one are rusting when winter driven. People need to oil spray these cars if they want to drive them in the winter (which is stupid on soooo many levels anyways). I worked on a 2003 GT Convertible the other day. Rust everywhere underneath.

I am getting the car back on Thurs. So I will post some pics of the repaired areas.
