Where to tap Fuel pressure gauge...

The "test" port is currently occupied by the nitrous kit. Is there any other easy access ports I can tap for fuel?

possibly a t-fitting, other then that I don't think you have any other option.

Yep, just put a T on the shraeder valve (test port), run one line for the nitrous the other for the fuel pressure guage. Another option would be a aeromotive style remote fuel pressure regulator. They usually have at least 2 1/8"NPT ports on the regulator body.
