93 302 5.0 push rod popping engine

I have a bit of a different mix of things in the car but the jist of it is, I have a 1993 mustang motor in a 2001 mustang switched to carb
Engine details, completely factory other then cam all new bearings and rings older edlebrock intake, and carb. Cam is a trick flow stage 1 cam I've also upgraded to trick flow springs using there cast head spring kit, bbk headers and x pipe

Transmission is a V6 t5 with a truck 164tooth flywheel was used but came off a 302 h.o 1994 using this combo to keep 3.8 bellhousing which bolts to the 302 just fine and the V6 starter

Alright time for the issue
I had the engine fired up starters it up a few times before I put full exhuast on it so open header car ran pretty good from what I could tell no issues with sounds or shakes

Put the full exhuast on and started hearing a popping noise at idle it was sporadic but when u rev it up its like a bolt or something dragging on something moving or a continuous popping noise, I can hear it at the back of the motor more passenger side then anything but I got under vehicle while running and could 100% tell it sounded like it was from bellhousing so took everything back out and inspected for any loose bolts or anything out of the norm found nothing bolted flywheel and bellhousing and starter back in left tranny off and fired it up and still heard it... Coil seems good, timing hasn't been touched since it ran with out popping before and plugs have been changed compression is about 140-150 between all cylinder I'll see if I got a video to post any ideas ??????
