ARP Head stud question? Torque specs...

Well been a little busy lately with summer coming up and all..

So this year i'm installing new Cometic head gaskets...

Question is my ARP Hardware? I looked up factory head torquing sequence and its a 3 step progress, but the final torque specs were at like 60 ft/lbs. (I think) cant remember....
Either way I called a local Mustang shop and they said ARP Hardware should be about 80 ft/lbs...

At this time and moment im very confused can someone tell me a proper procedure????

Here is the fallowing list im currently working with...
- 7/16" ARP Head Studs
- Edelbrock Aluminum heads
- Cometic MLS head gaskets

Thanks everyone!

The 3 step sequence is correct.
Final torque spec should be 75 ft/lbs.
I do mine in 25 ft/lbs increments.
