Boost ???
 

OK had 6 inch crank and 3.33 blower pulley got 5 psi 6 rib. swapped to 7 inch crank and 2.95 pulley 8 rib still only reads 5 psi ?????????????? :cry2:

Maybe you have a bad gauge?

well 7inch crank and a 295 blower pulley you should see 13-15 if you have a anderson power pipe on it!thats at peak rpm!

Check for charge piping leaks, vacuum (boost) leaks at the intake manifold, and the bypass valve.. I've had some of the bosch units leak on me...
Grab another gauge to verify the boost level.
Is there any evidence of excessive belt slippage? (black rubber dust around the blower)
