Calling all fox body experts - Tensioner Pulley on 87 5.0

Bearing in the tensioner pulley is basically done, so i got a replacement pulley. As per my luck i can't get the bolt that bolts the pulley to the tensioner arm loose. I was suggested that that bolt is probably reverse threaded, can anyone confirm whether its true?

Thanks
MArc L.

I've searched a few fix-it threads and it would appear that it is indeed a reverse thread.

Hope that helps

Not sure if they were talking about the pulley bolt or the bolt that secures the tensioner...I have not changed one out in a long time myself...

The bolt for the pulley. ( left side of pic) is reversed thread. Just get a pulley there cheap.
