Capping Coolant Lines?
Is there any performance gains if i plugged of the coolant lines to the egr spacer? Just curious......

Doesn't allow hot coolant to pass through your EGR for 1. Keeps the air flowing through your EGR cooler. As for gains. I wouldn’t think you would notice anything.

Just seemed to make sense at the time. And someone told me they had did this to their car |

I've done that to my car...maybe I should hook it up again lol. I seriously doubt that the difference in either case would be noticeable at the track or on a dyno lol

that was my point.. no difference on the dyno |

if you have bypassed the EGR then you can bypass the coolant lines. If the EGR is still operational, bypassing the coolant lines would be a step backwards, because just as stated earlier... even though the coolant is hot as hell, the exhaust gasses in the EGR are hotter yet.
