eec and fuel pump relay

can anyone tell me where to find the eec relay for my 87 GT. I was looking for it and the fuel pump relay and found the fuel pump relay under the drivers seat. Who knows where the eec relay is hideing. I guess it made too much sense keeping them side by side on the inner fender like the pickups. lol where does the fuel pump relay get its power from? I dont have power at the relay so my pump does not run but it is not grounded out because i can power it up with my probe and doesnt trip the breaker.
thanks

not sure what you mean by eec relay for sure, but there's a second fuel pump relay on the firewall...drivers side.

The EEC relay is on the harness going to your EEC. Pull the PS kick panel where your computer is and follow the harness up under the dash. I beleive it is brown. I belive the FP relay gets it power from the computer. Good luck.
