Fuel pressure

Have 93gt 5.0 with few mods like 70mm tb e303 cam an 155 fuel pump. After market fuel regulator timing set @ 14 what sould my pressure gauge read 40 or 45

Your gauge should read 39.5 PSI with the Vaccum OFF at idle.
