Losing power??

Hey everyone. I drive a 94 Mustang GT with a 5L in it. Just recently i noticed that i have lost power once i pin it to the floor. Normally its quite snappy and has a good power band to the end of my revs. Now when i step on it, it feels like it has some kick off the start but right away it feels like it has no more power. Also, when i used to shift into 2nd gear and so on when i was racing it would give you a good jerk and now it feels like it shifts really smooth becuase of the lack of power. Any idea whats going on? Thanks

you could also take a look at clutch disk

Thanks for the responses. Its definetally not the air filter. It could be the cats or a fuel related problem. Thats what i was thinking. Im pretty sure its not clutch related though. Only reason the clutch feels different is becuase the car is runnning differently i believe. How cant i check my cats and fuel pressure without taking it to a pro?
