Motors screwed

So I did a compression test and cylinder #2 is a 30psi

So going to end up doing a rebuild if possible, will be over a period of time due to low funds.

Thinking its going to be a pretty stock rebuild maybe do a lumpy cam if I can get away with it

Any other suggestions ? What cam I can use and such (I'm not experienced with motors but gotta start somewhere)

Any knowledge is great appreciated thank you !

Just curious why one cylinder is low on compression. Could it just be stuck rings. I would try Risolone and drive it to see if that doesn't improve compression. Also you could pull just that #2 piston and re ring it.
