turbos have internal wastegates

and if they don't have an internal waste gate, an external waste gate is needed.... you didn't specify which you were trying to do, even if one was somewhat obvious.

simple vacuum line from the compressor housing to the actuator. mine are adjustable via threaded rods on the actuator.
