So here is my shitty shitty update:

Got a new h-pipe (+2 new O2 sensors), installed it and started up the car. Thing ran good for about 15 second and then the car(motor) started shaking around pretty harshly, then the car started smoking pretty heavily, the smoke was white so i was thinking head gasket but the thing is the smoke smells of raw gas and once in a while will change to a blackish smoke with some black suthe(sp?) coming out, but just for a few seconds. The car isn't consuming coolant as far as i can tell and isn't overheating or trying to stall. I can still hear a whistling sound coming from the driver side of the engine. So im thinking maybe ignition somewhere, car has new plugs/wires/dist+rotor. I'm convinced the cats were part of the problem as most of the original problems have disappeared

HELP! What could it be at this point is being my technical expertise. I want to put my fawking fist through every window of that car.

Thanks

Also why can't I edit my original post? the little edit button doesn't show up! not the first time this happens and I can edit this particular post!

Sounds like a head gasket to me. It might be worthwhile pulling the motor out and going through it. 125K Km is not high for a 5.0 so a minor teardown inspection head gaskets and other gaskets and a new timing chain set if all the rest seems good may prolong it's life with minimal anguish.

Hose that connects to manifold and tell the car what the Mani. Pressure is was disconnected, it had no idea how much fuel to give the car. It would just dump a huge load of fuel then wait till the car would almost stall out, then dump a huge amount of fuel again. So that fixed that problem. Only thing left now is a leaky water pump and a failing tensioner pulley. Man having a car sit for a while really wears it down. Funny how that works.

Come spring Im putting the car for sale, its in awesome shape and my lack of time to drive it is starting to take its toll. I'd love to see it go to someone with some time to enjoy it, specially with the work i put into it.

And on that note, you guys know if the tensioner pulley (fox body) is reversed threaded? Im trying to take it off but i can't get it to budge going lefty loosy, I've been told its probably reverse threaded, just looking for some confirmation before i start reefing on the thing like a crazy man.

As a final update, the bolts on the top of the intake manifold were coming loose so the whistling/squealing was coming from the gasket between the upper & lower intake, tightened them down, squealing is gone and the car idles perfect. As a side note, stay away from "Professional Products" products, the upper/lower intake i got from them has been nothing but a pain in the ***.

Wow seems like you had quite the ordeal. I'm happy that you just finally fixed it all! Also I had tiny problems with stuff I ordered from professional products, had to grind down my plenum of all things

Thanks for the tip! I'll steer clear of them for sure.
