what mod's are needed to hand a NOS breathing 4.6 4V (01 cobra convertible)

he's packing around 125 shot. nearing 450 horse, and 500 ibs, but weighs around 3800 IBS.


What I have... (what do you think I will need)

331 Stroker
625 Demon carb.
Polished Aluminum heads
3.50 Posi
5 speed
Full exhaust
BUT advantage is the Car weighs around 3000 ibs.


What is the best to BEAT the cobra?

#1 Traction and traction aids.
#2 Will the BOTTLE help? (I am scared of it)
#3 a real driver?

or is my car doomed not to compete.? I think I'll need 11s.

But yes, tony I do believe you know which bling machine I want to take DOWN, and yes your monster would do the trick.

 

I have talked about nitrous before, but I'm just too scared of the stuff... my under hood temps are high as hell.. and fuel purcholating is an issue, I have bitten the bullet though, and decided to run a return line on my fuel system. Hope that helps.

 

get yourself a nice zex kit....run a colder plug, good fuel, and stock timing and you'll be just fine

 

Was talking to kid with a Civic today, he figures fart can, a tall wing and some stickers ought to do the trick. Oh and a set of neon lights underneath, apparently they only make you faster at night.

 

I say get some 26x8.5" ET Streets, some slapper bars, and me driving :tongue:. That ought to do the trick! :laughhard
