IASCA 3X event in Peterborough
 

anybody going to this, My GF is going to try for the world record in rookie A. Just wondering if there are any other "audio" guys going to make it! This is a national event. Its on august 26th. registration at 8, comp starts at 10 am

I entered into one competion in London and finished second place, the guy that won first place had his system ripped out of his car that week.

These competions are really a show for thieves.

its being held at the memorial center, 8am start, goes all day!

spl or sq? if spl what did you hit, and wre you using?

I won first place for best install and second overall.

This is going back a few years now, I cannot remember what my max spl was at the time.

I ran all MB Quarts tweeters and mids, and 2 JL Audio 12 W6 subs.
Amp was the Son of Frank, Electronic crossover, Audio Control equalizer, epicenter and 2- 1 farad caps with a Clarion Pro Audio deck with a genisis gel battery for backup.

This system was changed quite a few times, originally I had a Route 66 amp with 4 MTX Blue thunder subs with Eclipse CD player, then I went to the Son of Frank with 2 Kicker subs which were top of the line at the time which I cannot remember the name now and a Clarion Deck, then I went to the JL audio subs.

Maybe ill bring the Cavi with the 3 - 12"s

I loved my 2 12" JL W6's! they were powered by 2 RF 501DB amps.rockon:
