Thanks! I feel your pain, that double sided tape is tough stuff. I had to drill 7 holes for the scoope. After I had the hood painted and put on the scoope. I found this GT 500 hood for sale. I have been rethinking about maybe I should buy this one and sell mine. :D

You will need a GT500 bumper to make it work on your car fyi

I have a line on a GT front bumper, will that work?
If not, can I make it work?

I really don't want to spend $500.00 on the hood if it's not going to work for me.

Never mind. I googled some images of the GT500 front bumper. GT will not work.

I spend some quality time out in the Man Cave last night. Visiting some wobbly pops and away from the wife. So I decided to tackle the blackout panel and modifying the strut covers so they would fit over the strut brace. I didn’t have a picture of the 8 inch antenna mod on the Mustang so I took one as well. As you can see all turned out well.

Car looks great!. Man I wish my garage was nice and big like yours. I feel like I'm working in a shoe box

The GT500 hood is really nice, but I like what you've done....seems to suit your car much better. Nine holes in my hood for the scoop, yep that made me a bit nervous. But when you set the scoop down....what a great feeling!

Thanks, I know that feeling. I see you’re from Picton. I'm just across the bay in Belleville. I'm sure we'll cross paths this summer. Do you know Roddy from these forums? He also lives on your side of the bay.

Yep, definitely know roddy. We often see him Saturday night in Belleville in the summer. I work in Belleville, so you may see me around. Haven't got my Mustang out yet, waiting for the snow to stop and the roads to be cleaned up a bit.

I picked up a good deal off Kijiji today. I got my Bullitt rims I was looking for. The tires are probably good for 1 more season. I’ll soon have my base 16” rims and tires for sale.
