Well, I figured I might as well post some pics of the progress on the Capri.

Car is an '82 Capri Black Magic with 87-93 GT skirts, skins and front/rear valances on it, as well as the hatch from my '87 GT (RIP).

Seats are black out of a 98 GT (purchased through CMOC), black carpet out of a 90 LX hatch, working on getting a black dash. Has the tilt column and wheel out of my '87 GT, as well as the cluster and one door.

Powertrain is of course out of my '87.

Note that in the engine picture, there is no tranny attached to the engine, so its sitting funny.

 

Gotta love the capri fenders, looks more muscular. Looking forward to seeing it in paint. :thumb1:

Well, I wrote the GT off last year, got the Capri near the beginning of the summer, and have been working on it on and off for the summer. Hoping to get it painted before it gets too cold. That being said, its got a garage home for the winter, so if it doesn't see paint for some reason, its not a huge deal.

 

The mods to the motor are in my sig.

Heads, cam, intake, TB, rockers, injectors.....etc.
