Does it run and drive alright? It doesn't look too bad really if it is original. Engine bay actually looks pretty clean. Looks like its a 6 cylinder, any plans for a 289 or 302 or something like that in it? Can't go wrong with a classic Stang.

Looks like a great project!! Love that engine compartment....you can identify what each part is, no extra emissions plumbing.

Yes it is mostly original. The engine is a straight six 200. I am not sure what I am going to put in for an engine. I know I am not keeping the six cylinder. It does run too.

Plans for now are strip it down, inside and out. Start some body work.

Nice starting point. That looks like an alarm system siren under the hood, if you look to the right in the pic, screwed onto the wheel well. My buddy had one looked a lot like that, he used to scare the crap outta guys by setting the alarm and then asking them to pop the hood. lol
