Just checking! It would be the same result as removing a resonator when compared to lesser powered vehicles.

In essence the SLP loudmouth is just as easy as removing the exhaust system from the axle back and replacing with a couple inches of bent pipe and about 16" of chrome tip for appearence

You could try removing the mufflers and seeing how it sounds, I've done it before on fox cars, sounds sweet, backfires on hard acceleration when cold though, try it out, honestly though, you'd be hard pressed to beat Magnaflow systems.

Removing may be a good idea with the mufflers being at the rear, if I don't like I can order the magnapacks to quiet her down.

Just knowing I have the goods works for me. Then there is the car on a hoist and well shall I go on. I rarely open the hood (other than to clean) so I had better not have a blower installed, I guess :2:

Your car sounded so good tonight. I could hear it all the way around the corner.
Now I'm thinking of doing the same thing....you just had your mufflers and resonator removed right?

Just mufflers, '05s don't have stand alone resonators

Oh:1: ...mine has a resonator though? If I'm removing the mufflers, would you suggest I take the resonator out or leave it in?
