'Grats on the new Pony dude. No offense, but going from a GT500 to a blown '02 GT seems like a step down. Most guys sell their GT and step up to the GT500. If I could, I would in a minute.

Oh I know it's a huge step down but it's a huge step down in price as well. I needed to free up some cash but didn't want to go without a toy.

I sometimes think of doing the same re selling and buying a 20,000 car and using the rest for who knows what. Not at this time though. I will wait and see what happens next year but my wife would prefer that I keep this one as she knows damn well I will buy new again within a year or two

Well it showed up today and so far I'm pretty happy as everything looks pretty good. What I know so far is that it's got a Vortech V2 supercharger, Procharger intercooler, SCT Big Air MAF, green top injectors which I believe are 42lbs. Inside there is Autometer A/F, boost, and FP guages as well as a white face overlay for the factory guages. Underneath there is Steeda springs and lower control arms, Borla catback, upgraded front brake calipers (I think Bullitt ones but they are black), 4.10 gears and a rear diff girdle cover. In the trunk there are 2 10" Phoenix Gold subwoofers as well as an amp. I'll try to get it washed up tomorrow and get some pics to post.

Here are a few pics. All I was able to do was a quick wash but there is some serious polishing and waxing to do. I have all winter I guess. There is some stuff sprayed all over the front bumper and a little behind the rear wheels that looks and feels like concrete. Any ideas on how to get it off?

The Mach 1 chin spoiler also has to come off as it is painted and the paint is peeling off. I'm also thinking about removing the rear wing and door moudlings and tinting all of the lights as well as blacking out all of the badging. I'm also looking at this wheel and tire package or possibly just the wheels so I can put drag radials on it.
