2003 Mustang GT Hood Scoop
 

Okay, to start off, I'm from the United States--West Virginia.
I bought my black 2003 Ford Mustang GT 5-spd TR3650 brand new from the dealership. It's been pretty awesome. However....
The hood scoop broke at the two front hold-downs along with breaking the front-center stud.

So, I took the scoop off the hood to examine things and I noticed that it is "Made In Canada"

Well, whenever I go to a dealership to ask about the hood scoop for my car, they have a completely different part number than what is stamped onto underside of my scoop. So I assume that the number on the scoop must be a Canadian part number. This is why I am posting here. I need some help from my friends north of the border.

If you guys know what company manufactured the hood scoops for Ford, I'd love to know that.
I'd also like to know what the hood scoop is really made out of.

and finally, I have a part number that I'd like one of you guys to call your local dealer and have them look it up for me.

A phone call from me to a Canadian dealership would cost more than the hood scoop. lol

Here goes. Stamped on the underside of the scoop is:

3R33 16C628 AAW

I would like to know how much it will cost primed and/or painted black.

If somebody could help me I would be ever grateful.

did the actually scoop break of just the tabs holding it?

oh and u can get one primed for 175ish for 01-04 gts but shopping around, try ebay or search some forums you can get better deals, u can probably find one some took off cheap and if your lucky it could already be painted black

The scoop actually broke on both sides and the front-center hold-down broke off and is missing. I know I could get one from ebay and shopping around but if you guys could give a dealer a call and ask them if anything comes up on that part number and the other questions I previously asked, I'd like to know what information they may have.
