2006 radio upgrade

Hi, I have a 2006 Pony Pkg w/ Premium sound. Is it worth upgrading to Shaker 500? Shaker 1000? If so, easy swap? Can the original speakers handle? Tx Larstang2006

As far as I know the 1000 upgrade is just the subwoofer setup in the trunk. I believe that it is plug and play if you find someone that took one out, but I could be wrong.
