just picked up new 2015 mustang V6 3 days ago, little annoyed that when drivers window is all the way down it rattles when shutting door and general driving going over bumps, the passenger side is fine no rattles, anyone have this, its very disappointing quality control, guess its going in for warranty work already with only 35 klms on car...but otherwise an awsome car and ride..

 

That is sad to here, but that's what happens when you buy a first year production run, there's usually a few issues you get to be the guinea pig for. Good luck!

 

No quality control system is 100% effective, it's not cost efficient to time efficient to go over every single vehicle that comes off the line part by part to make sure it's all good, otherwise if they did, we'd be seeing the 2010's just arriving on the lots for a modest $100,000 each, but there would be no rattles right? That's why you have a warranty, and a dealership to fix your rattles and complaints. Sorry to hear it, that's frustrating to happen after dropping that cash on a brand new ride, but at least give the benefit of the doubt and give 'em a chance to make it right before condemning the whole thing as junk. Congrats by the way, hope everything else is OK.

 

Mine is tight, no rattles anywhere yet and don't really expect any.
It's an awsum car and if we had room in the driveway I think we would order a second one.

Relax, make your list and when you take it in they'll take care of it.
If it works I'd wait until my first maintenance.
