3.8 for 96 Convertible

I have a '96 convertible with an engine that blew at 143,000. Any ideas where to get a 3.8 and have it installed.

first off welcome to the site.
just a sugustion, why dont you rebuild it. make it super strong.
do you plan on keeping the car for a while?
