99-04 rolled rear fenders???

HI GUY'S
HAS ANYBODY HERE ROLLED IN THERE REAR FENDERS DUE TO WHEEL RUBBING?
FULL DETAILS W/ PICS IF POSSIBLE.

After the heating/baseball bat method went poorly, we rented an Eastwood Fender roller, quite an amazing tool, see if you can get your hands on one of those to do it.
