Aluminum drive shaft

I was going to replace the drive shaft on my 2006 GT with a one piece aluminum unit. I would like to get some feedback from the group on the pros and cons. Thanks

Never replaced mine. I'm interested in hearing people's opinions as well.

I put a Ford Racing one on my '03 GT. Did notice a bit of a difference on how the engine spins as the rpms climbs while ramming threw the gears down the track, but for a car that is a cruiser, i don't think it's worth the money spent. I could find better things to spend that cash on in my opinion.

If you plan on super charging down the road then yes, if not then no.

Also if you do then get some LCA's for the rear, the two piece that comes with is supposed to decrease wheel hop.
