i found a ton of products that i want on this website http://www.andysautosport.com/
but i havent herd of one person that has ordered from there. has anyone over here bought parts there

Funny, Andy's Auto Sport had some products that I was really interested in as well. Never ended up ordering though. Mixed reviews (as always) and I didn't know anybody with first hand experience so I shied away. Let me know if you do order - I'm still interested in those parts!

it's like pulling teeth trying to get crap from them sent up here, I tried getting some stuff for my old '90 Laser RS and it took forever... it did eventually get here, and in good shape, just not someone i'd recommend..

what exactly are you looking for?

they have a bunch of roush parts that no one else sells. how long did it take, how bad was the shipping, and was there customer service that bad i was thinkin of calling them first and ordering something small first

if you're looking for roush parts, i'd call roush. they do have all thier new edge stuff, it just isnt all online anymore.

AAS took about two months to get everything out to me here in BC. the Customer service is what pissed me off, they toyed me around for a while and they dont know thier own product..
if you do order from them, make sure you keep your paperwork, and get shipping papers from them. i hope it works better for ya

That's brutal. There's gotta be easier places to deal with, there's nothing worse than throwing down hard earned cash and then WAITING. lol Customer service is key, and if they haven't got their crap together - good advice from Crafty as someone whose been there with those guys.
