Anyone running a v6 turbo??

I was just wondering if anyone on the forum is running a v6 turbo setup?? I know alot of guys who are running the s/c from a thunderbird and are making some decent numbers from that setup but I want to know if there is any turbo guys here and what kinda power numbers they are making?

A good friend of mine in the US is running a twin setup on his V6 and making killer power and running sick times. There are a few turbo kits out there, but most lack in quality. I would get a shop to custom make you a kit to ensure quality is #1

Turbo's, when used properly, are fantastic.

Does Steeda offer anything in the way of a turbo kit? Or could you suggest a good place to goto?

I dont really want to spend more than $10k on everything for the engine, Including some internals.. and I was looking to make about 400hp at a moderate boost setting for daily driving, and be able to turn the boost up for the track.. How realistic is my goal?

I would build the turbo kit, fuel system, etc and enjoy some moderate boost. When you have the cash, build the motor.

I dont think you can do the motor, and everything for 10k....

I dont think my motor could handle boost, Its got 327,000 on it.. It runs mint, but I think if I slapped a turbo in it.. It might not last very long! I have a t3/t04e at my house that I was going to use on another car, but never ended up using it. I dont think the turbo I have though is big enough for the v6.

Idealy i'd like to buy another motor and build that one while I drive this one, but am having a hard time finding a block..

We can get you a fully built V6, heads, cam, etc.

What are the specs on that turbo?

A motor, and custom turbo kit MIGHT be able to be done for 10. I would go twins on that setup.

A/R .50 and I think .63

What kinda prices do you have for motors? What states of conditions? Etc...

Few pics of the turbo..

I will price one out tomorrow. It would be a fully built motor, forged pistons, rods, etc.

I would run a twin turbo setup on that car...twin 50mm T3/T4's with a mid sized turbine

I agree on the twin turbo setup.
I'll definately consider a motor from you I was looking for one that I could build myself though really.
