No opinions and only 2 poll responses. Did I put this in the wrong section?

I really have no idea what that would be worth in your particular area, so didn't want to weigh in on the subject. I would think around here, with all the mods, and how quick your car runs, it's gotta be worth a fair bit.

By the way, congrats on the addition to your family. :tup

Don't mean to sound all negative, but mods and quick don't mean sh$t. People are cheap as hell and expect you to just give them something for nothing. Seen it happen before where a guy spends a pile of cash, works his guts out on a car, and then the Ovulation Express comes along and he's gotta take a beating and lose his shirt because of all the low ball cheap prick$ out there looking to rip off some guy that has decided it's time to change things up. It's great if you're looking to buy a fast car cheap, but not so great if you're trying to sell and not feel like you're bending over and taking a pineapple up the arse. There you go, there's my excuse for not responding. Too negative. lol 'Grats on the new family sitch dude, you need to find the right buyer who knows what he's getting. Given what I've said already, I think $8k is ambitious, $6500 is possible, and $5k would get it gone. But then again, I don't know anything about where prices are.

The best that I can tell you is it's worth somewhere between what someone is willing to pay for it and what you are willing to let it go for. Start high and take the first reasonable offer. A wise man once told me to always take the first real money as the longer you wait the worse it gets.

How do you guys feel about trying to sell it on eBay vs. local boards and kijiji?

I dont know diddly squat about the price but if you cleaned the engine bay up and hid the rust it might help.A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush,so take Apocalypse Pony and ChadStang advise, take the money and RUN .Good luck with the sale.:)

Kijiji is a great avenue but comes with a lot of bs as well. The trade offers and lo ball offers can be frustrating. Ie I had my SVO listed for $2900 and had more than one offer of $1,000. I didn't bother replying to them though.

^^ So true...I had a vehicle on there once, and had a guy email wanting to trade a big screen TV, couch and chair, and nice set of end tables.:banghead: That fella didn't recieve a reply either.

kijiji opens up a whole new can of crazy.
