Brakes - slotted or drilled or both?
Its time for new brakes. I was wondering if anyone has input on what is best. I have read some warnings that slotted and drilled rotors can make a noise as wind passes by. Also, they now have dimpled instead of drilled. Any problems that you may have experienced or makes to avoid?

most reliable upgrade would be better pads and HPS pads are great. HP+ are better on the track but make more noise and brake dust. I've never tried slotted or drilled so I can't speak for them but I heard that drilled crack before slotted so if you upgrade the pads and aren't satisfied, I'd go slotted first. |
