cobra grill insert

after 20 years of owning her i thought it's time for a change on the front...

Looks great, I've always found the cobra grille a big improvement over the oe. Does it just sit over top the original or do you have to cut to install it?

there is a template where to cut .way easier on a gt with a flat front.on a lx basically the center part as it curves in (including the bar)is cut.it looked pretty hacked up because of the different angles but its all hidden.it's held on with double sided tape on the three edges but i also went ahead and made L brackets attached to the original holes ford has in the insert.

Thanks for clarifying, I always wondered how they were installed.
