day time running lights

i was wondering if you can change the day time running lights around to the turn signals rather than the head lights? can it be done?:)

i'm sure if you can find a wiring diagram it's possible.. the one thing i noticed that that the daytime running lights on my 2000 were fused completly aside from the highs.. so maybe put a switch in there somehow? that's what i wanted to do to replace my coinholder.
