Correct, which are forged steel, which is what I said. They are stronger than the stock forged rods that were in the 302HO's, and BOTH are stronger than the cracked-powder iron rods that are in the other mod motors. Which was the point I was driving at in my first post, which was a direct response to YOUR post, which was about a '99, which would have the cracked-powder rods.

 

remember, the only money invested in "GO-FAST" part were my gears and exhaust!
