If you have a friend in Ontario you could give them $20.00 and the Vin# they should be able to get you a used vehicle sellers package that would have the current owners name on it

his name is "HOTPRSUT" on the GTAMC boards, his car hauls ***! it's even better when he has the lights and sirens on pulling 11's on the track

Thanks everyone, we have several people over on the LAMC.CA site that have seen the car ,and one person works a ford dealership that the owner has had the car at.
