Why did Ford not put the same engine that's in the SHO into the new 2011 Mustang V6 or is the engine the same minus the turbos? Mind you the new 6 does look very stout. Unless I am reading the specs wrong (which is quite possible) the new 6 will go 0-60 in 5 flat. I have not seen the projected 1/4 mile times yet but I'm sure they will be impressive:tup

The new V6 for '11 is shooting 305hp.Pretty stout to me. :tup
I'm sure this is not the end yet.Ford never gives everything all at once,they give out bits at a time.That is how they keep people coming back for more. :wink:

I think they don't make them all that powerfull because then they'd have to higher the GT ouput to atleast 400hp.......thats alot of R and D
