Light bar installations

Hey Folks,

Wondering if anyone can recommend a garage that can install a Light bar into a 2014 convertible, I see Da Silva racing have an offer of 745+tax but I was wondering if anyone on the west side of GTA/Toronto can do it?

I'm not the handyman type to do this myself just dont trust myself to get it right.

Cheers
Neil.

DaSilva's got a name for sure, you looking to get it done cheaper? $750's pretty rich, do they want a full day's labour to install? From what I've seen, it's not that hard, you just need to take your time and read the instructions, but I think you do have to cut into the interior panels, that one you should probably get right the first time. lol

Welcome to CMOC, I installed my Style Bar myself. It was a very simple install.

See that, I knew I saw that job somewhere before. You should offer to do it for $500 + mileage Autonut.

OP, if $750 includes the light bar and install then maybe it is worth it if you haven't the time or tools.
If they want $750 just for install then run away....that is outrageous.
I have a new CDC for my car and am installing it myself.
Here is a link to a CJ's pony parts install video....it isn't that hard of an install.

Thanks for the replies & vid folks, I have went with Da Silva for the install at the end of the month, they have knocked some cash off due to the auto show last weekend and with the US$ at the moment its a decent deal.

I'm really not the hand on type and wouldn't have any of the tools needed, I will however stretch to installing the CDC windbreaker i bought :-) thats my limit.

I hope that includes the light bar as well as install. If so then that's an Awesome deal. If that's just Labour go get your damn money back man. We charged the last guy 3 hours to do it and our guys can whip them off in that or less.

Cheers.

Yeah that was the bar and labour, great service from the guys at Da Silva, love the look with the bar and windbreaker just wish the weather would turn so I can get the top down.

And I got them to stick in the jlt cai, it sounds awesome huge difference when you throw down the revs and no tune needed on the v6...can't stop smiling
