Just heard thru the grape vine that John Fletcher maybe taking a offer from a person that is planning not to use it as a dragstrip. This is not good news as no new race tracks are being built.

Is this the same as St Thomas. If so I guess it's Toronto or Grand Bend

Doesn't surprise me. These scene has been hurting for sometime.

I mean what's worse is that is not close to the biggest city in canada and the economy is horrible at the moment.

London Motorsport Park is at the village of Sparta which is just a couple of km's south of St.Thomas.

That poor place has had a real problem with the neighbours complaining about noise.

don`t get too excited yet ..a buddy of mine is friends with Fletcher and as of a cpl weeks ago he was still planning on running it with events and everything ,,,too many "rumours" floating around all the time about St Thomas ...rumours happened last year at this time too

fingers crossed it stays open.
