Hey guys. I was referred to this forum by a fellow member who recommended it, and since I'm not getting any answers on any other forum, thought I'd try here..

Anyways, has anyone tried Midolyne as a bushing material? (This is for a 67 btw).. Nobody seems to have poly anymore, well, I'm sure they do have it, but... Most vendors claim they use Midolyne now but even when I google it, it usually just ends up finding posts about people wanting to know about midolyne for their vintage mustang.. They say it's softer than poly and harder than rubber, but... I really don't want to be replacing bushings in a year, or more importantly, I don't want to be paying more for rubber with a different name.. ALl replies are appreciated. Thanks guys

 

i have never honestly heard of it.
but then again, i have never had to replace bushing or the sorts before.
im sure someone will chime in here.

Hey Johnny! Funny meeting you here! Midolyne is far superior to Poly as it doesn't squeak and lasts about the same as rubber but more solid than rubber.

Poly doesn't squeak if installed properly with lots of lube!
