mini intake filters??
 

i was down at performance improvments today and noticed those little iintakes they sell.. and wondering were the hell do they go and what they do??

there like minature versions of filtersconfused: does anyone use them??

They look like little K&N airfilters, they go on your valve covers, they replace your pcv........DO NOT BUY THEM!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE VERY ILLEGAL GREAT WAY TO GET A

mto roadsides love catching those they stand out easy and are a simple ticket.

They're meant for older musclecars without smog equipment, they basically vent the crankcase vapours into the atmosphere instead of being pulled through the intake and burned. Yes, it is illegal to remove the pcv and replace it with an open vent filter.
