More hp?

I just watched Driving Television and have a question. With a 335i going through Dinan they have a plug and play that puts an additional 84hp and 100tq at the motor. Does my SVT dealer (Metro Ford Calgary) have a similar setup. The cost was 2000.00 for the Dinan system. This seems somewhat reasonable for the hp/dollar. I would go down to the dealer to find out but the are closed on the weekends:biggrin:

Yup, 750hp. Or just replace the factory blower with the Kenne Bell 2.8 and for a crazy 800hp and 730 some ft/lds.

Paul, Purchase JLT Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake with SCTX3 Handheld tuner for GT500. Looks fantastic and will give you 75-90 RWHP. $800 USD approx. GREAT bang for the buck.

Brenspeed or Bamachips are to good online companies to order through. They will give you 3 different custom tunes to upload as you choose.

Ford Racing does offer a Cold air intake / power package for the GT500. I don't think it looks as good or gives the same kind of gains. However it will maintain warranty which might be a safer route to go.

Kennebell would be a great idea, that way you can keep your factory parts to return to factory look.

Thats if you can handle a kennebell *POKE*POKE* LOL
J/K ;)

Tehehehehe:laughhard I priced out the Roush blower and for 600hp the cost would be 7000.00 installed. That seems kind off expensive for the dollars spent.

i'm with them on the kenne bell. I knew a guy in kelowna with a dark grey GT500 and he put a huge kenne bell on it, with CIA, and a tuner... that thing just smoked my dad's Z06 like it was nothing.
I think more horsepower would be sweet, and it's not like you need to worry about economy when you only drive it about 15km's.. jk

What he said. Match that with a 2.6 pulley and a set of colder plugs and you can easily make 550rwhp+. A guy down here did that and he is going on the dyno in a week or two. I'll post the results once he does.
