Mustang Fog Light kits for 99-04 mustangs?

Anyone know of a Canadian Dealer that won't charge dealership rates for the 99-04 Ford Mustang Fog Light kits?
I got a quote today for like $370 with tax (std. ford dealer) - and many US websites avg. $190 - but it's the shipping/border fun that would be annoying.

Any suggestions - please let me know :)

Looks like they primarily deal with new age mustangs and Cobras :) - I've got the little V6 Pony :)
